Wow, what a night! Rich Franklin loses the belt to Anderson Silva in the first round. Could Franklin have been injured before the fight? He appeared somewhat timid, although not to discount Anderson Silva as a dangerous fighter. Franklin and Kongo threw my picks for a loop. But 50% isn't bad but not great. UFC 65 will be at Arco Arena in Sacramento, CA on November 14th. The card is featuring Hughes vs. St Pierre and Sylvia vs. Monson. This should be a great card. Well, it's that time agian to place some bets on fights. UFC 64 is this Saturday in Las Vegas and the fight card looks like a good one. Ok, lets get into it and talk a little 3 fight parlay. Place your bets here! - Franklin v. Silva - Franklin is not going to let his belt go to someone who has not put there time in the UFC. Silva has had one fight against Leben and although he knocked him out, I think he has something to prove. Pick = Franklin - Florian v. Sherk - This could be a great matchup as Florian is Gracie trained and has come back from some serious beatings. Sherk comes from a restling backround and wants the title badly. Pick = Sherk - Kongo Vs. Marrero - Kongo comes in after a win in the last UFC and looks really strong. I personally am not familiar with Marrero, but my guess he's seen Kongo and not taking him lightly. Pick = Kongo Other Picks - Fisher Vs. Lauzon - Both very good fighters. This is my 'toss a coin' fight. I feel this can go either way but Fisher has more time in the octagon. Pick = Fisher
